As a result of great perseverance of Bhosari devotees, the existing place of Bhosari temple, on a 12000 sq.ft. plot on Pune Nasik Highway, was acquired in 1998.

Followed by the Ashtamangala Devaprasna by Dr. Mannar Krishna Pillai, on 18.06.1997, the construction of the temple was done by the renowned Temple Architect Shri Kanipayyoor Kuttan Namboothiri. The temple complex consists of three floors, of 5000 sq.ft. each – an Annadanam Hall, Community Hall, and chancels on the top floor.
